​​​We are a small family-run farm nestled in Victoria BC, on Vancouver Island with a wholesome, organic approach and a focus on sustainability. We offer a variety of organic farm + foraged goods such as fresh and preserved foods and herbs, natural and botanical artisan skin care products and more - handcrafted with love using ingredients grown here on the farm and locally wildcrafted in harmony with the seasons. Harvest Moon Farm features a hatchery of quality rare and heritage chickens that lay a variety of beautiful rainbow-coloured eggs. We also raise purebred mini plush lop rabbits, quail, and angora goats.
